Significant economic growth in Bali causes property "BOOM"

The UNFCCC Conference and 1st Asian Beach Games last 2008 was probably the climax of Bali returning safety reputation after several Bomb attacks in 2002 and 2004. Safety for sure is the main point among tourists in over the world. Once they heard any issues about terrorist attack, politic unstability or crimes, they wont be coming at all for some period to those destination. However, we should appreciate for Indonesian government for their commitment to keep the stability and solving those issues.

Houses area built among the rice terrace field

For the safety brings stability, tourists will come as well with Growth economic. Sadly in Bali, some rice terrace fields function has changed to be villa/ hotel or local residence caused by Growth Economic. For example, an area called Canggu, some areas before only a rice terrace fields with spectacular view. However because the location is closed by the beach, people trying to make villa with beachviews or rice terrace view. We know that the property business brings us a lot of profit. It has been guaranteed profit back at least 20 - 30% and the good news is if the property still about Rp100,000,000 u may bring the profit back around Rp20,000,000.

Now, like picture above, the spectacular views of rice terrace hardly to be found in Kuta/ Canggu/ Kerobokan. It is too pathetic for Bali which has been well known as the most cultural island with amazing views of Beach and Rice Terrace.

We do hope, Bali local government will take significant step to prevent any new buildings are built in the such kind of those areas.
